- Marathon intensives are not available by phone.
- Booked in advance with a 20% deposit.
- The balance is payable 24 hours before the first session.

Rebates and payment
Rebates, payment and cancellations
- Private health
Private health insurance rebates may be available. Please ask.
My fees are currently claimable with relevant policies from funds including ahm, Bupa, HCF, Medibank and ARHG.
ARHG covers St Luke’s Health, Police Health, GMHBA, Westfund, Emergency Services Health, Phoenix Health, CUA Health, AIA Health, Teachers Union Health and Defence Health.
- Medicare
Medicare doesn’t cover sessions with a counsellor, so no Medicare rebate is available.
- Payment
Fees are payable at the time of the appointment by direct debit or credit card. Please ask me if you need another payment arrangement.
- Cancellations
Please give at least 2 days’ notice if you can’t attend. Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice incurs a 75% fee.
