For couples
Couples therapy
Sessions of 60 to 90 minutes, at a frequency that fits your life. For communication that has stopped working, conflict that keeps returning, and trust that needs rebuilding.
For couples
Marathon intensives
Condensed, in-depth work across half a day, a full day, or two days. For gridlocked conflict, for couples short on time, and for those who want to move quickly.
For therapists
Clinical supervision
Individual and group supervision for counsellors working with couples, including a book club group. In person, by phone or online.
How I work
I specialise in couples therapy. Much of my work is with two people who have stopped being able to talk about the thing that matters most, and who want that to change.
I am practical, down to earth and engaging. I am committed to helping couples and individuals work through problems in a proactive way, and I also work with people through separation and divorce, and with re-partnering and blended families.
I have completed Level 3 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and I use the Gottman Method in my work with couples. Before I trained as a counsellor I worked as a nursing manager and educator, in hospitals and training organisations in Australia and overseas.
